I am told that he said to someone he could do something so the bathroom works for some time after he's gone then slowly blocks up so he could not be blamed.

No other bathroom in the house has this problem.

After he left, there was no replacement roommate and the bathroom was used but hardly. 4 months later, that bathroom is flushing but is slowly backing up downstairs.
