If anyone has dealt with anything remotely similar and knows what this tight, painful feeling in my heart feels like and kniws how to just make it stop, any advice is appreciated.

I ve asked him multiple times if anything was wrong or if anything changed and he says that nothing changed and nothing s wrong, but he s still dismissive.

But the stop all together has made my heart start to physically have this tightening feeling that s almost suffocating and hurts.

I tried to initiate a conversation, but he just seemed bored and dismissive and I have no idea where that change came from because it was so sudden.

There was just a span of a few days when I didn t hear from him at all, so I texted him to see if he was okay.

Where we used to talk multiple times a day and he would text me all the time at random points in the day, he just stopped all together and I have no idea why.
