He has Separation anxiety disorder and shes now to the point she has to fall asleep on the phone with him or he won't sleep at all.He also has echolalia where he will say mommy mommy mommy over and over.

We have also agreed that his 'Mommy and Daddy' will call when he is miss behaving to help out and they also tell me when to give him time outs etc as we want to prepare him as best as we can with their living style.
