I finally got sick of him bothering me and told him to stay in his own lane, a day before he had enough nerve to give me his phone number.

Another girl's production was no better and he'd tell me to say in my own lane, but he was not minding his business about my production and he'd never bring up production when he talked to her in between calls?

I moved away from him because he was distracting me, every time he'd talk to me it was about production, I already was stressed enough with actual bosses and for my job with out a regular employee throwing my production in my face.

Slowly, It got harder and harder, I believe because they are recycling the same rejections and people who did not qualify, we keep calling the same people over again, even his production has dropped a lot.
