Carnival 2016

It has been kinda busy with carnival, just around the corner. Mazatlan has one of the largest in the world. Every time I ask to see my boyfriend he stands me up and calls me last minute to make up some excuse. Am I wrong to feel annoyed by this?

And sometimes (a lot actually) I'll call and make plans with him around 10am and I won't hear from him until around 8-10pm and his excuses be that he went to hangout with his friends.
